The Devil's Cask Trilogy has been concluded so it doesn't come as a surprise to see another new collectionable trilogy to show up... It looks like a wine/sherry matured trilogy and the first one is already very promising: an 18yo Manzanilla cask. Bowmore + sherry = excited!
But.. (yes, there's always one) we might see a similar frenzy as we saw with the Devil's Cask trilogy. Auction sites and bottle flippers had a blast. But it was also good to see that some shops were trying hard to obtain bottles for genuine whisky geeks/lovers/drinkers/collectors (delete as appropriate).

There’s always the possibility a brand decides not to launch a whisky, even if the label has been approved. Until the distillery sends out a press release, this whisky should be considered a rumour…
