News: Highland Park Valkyrie

No, this is not a Highland Park whisky designed, distilled or marketed by Tom Cruise. Highland Park got the knack of "limited" edition trilogies. This time it will all be about the afterlife of the Viking era.
Highland Park Valkyrie, the newest spark from the marketing minds again draws its inspiration from the norse mythology. It will be a more "smoke-focused" malt than its standard offerings. The design offers a sneak peak at the new #vikingsoul new look and feel of Highland Park.

Things get even more Macallan-y at Highland Park since they  collaborated with Jim Lyngvild (Never heard of him but he's famous in the Scandinavian countries - an important market for Highland Park), a designer/writer/fashionist.Highland Park Valkyrie

more on Highland Park Valkyrie soon...

Entries from the TTB Public Registry (Alcohol and Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau) are a fairly reliable source for upcoming new whiskies. Although not all entries make it to the market. There’s always the possibility a brand decides not to launch a whisky, even if the label has been approved. Until the distillery sends out a press release, this whisky should be considered a rumour…
